The Partner Path includes the same platform licensed on the Direct Path at $15,000/year, provided as a documented risk-management service within the brokerage relationship.
It appoints Heuston's Insurance Services as your association's representative to insurance carriers. It does not cancel or change any policy by itself, and your board can revoke it at any time.
Nothing changes automatically. Your existing coverage remains in force subject to its terms, conditions, and exclusions. Heuston's reviews your coverage and markets it to carriers at renewal.
On-island security professionals handle installation and maintenance. The specific response and maintenance terms are set in your service agreement.
Video and incident data is board-controlled. Retention periods are configurable, and access is limited to the roles your board authorizes.
Yes. Direct Path associations may appoint Heuston's as Broker of Record at any renewal, and the platform fee is addressed in the transition.
