This Privacy Policy explains what information the Pelican Cove Condominium Association ("PCCA," "we," "us") collects through this owner portal, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. Your information is used exclusively to operate the association and is never sold.
We collect information you provide directly (account data, emergency contacts, maintenance requests) and usage data (portal activity logs) used to protect the platform. With your consent, we collect anonymous analytics data.
Your information is used to operate the HOA portal, process maintenance requests, manage finances, send board communications, and comply with USVI condominium law. We do not sell your data.
