These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pelican Cove Condominium Association ("PCCA") owner portal. By accessing the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
The portal is provided for authorized PCCA owners, residents, board members, and approved vendors. Access is granted by the board and may be suspended or revoked at the board's discretion.
You agree to use the portal only for legitimate association purposes. You will not share credentials, attempt to access unauthorized data, interfere with platform security, or use the portal to harass others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the US Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Croix, USVI.
