Use the "Sign In" link in the top navigation to access your account. New owners receive an invitation by email to set up their portal access. If you need help, contact the board at pccaboardmembers@gmail.com.
Residents can submit maintenance requests, register guests and vehicles, view documents and meeting minutes, track packages, and stay up to date with board communications — all from one place after signing in.
Board members have additional tools for approvals, finances, vendor compliance, deed recording, and association governance. The full board handbook is available after signing in.
